⭐ Ingredients
For the Wings
• 2 pounds chicken wings
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon onion powder
• 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
• ½ teaspoon black pepper
• 1 teaspoon salt
Sweet Heat Glaze
• ½ cup honey
• ⅓ cup ketchup
• ¼ cup hot sauce (like Louisiana or your fave)
• 2 tablespoons brown sugar
• 2 tablespoons soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
• 1 teaspoon chili flakes (optional for extra heat)
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
Garnish
• Fresh parsley, chopped
• Sesame seeds (optional)
🔥 Directions
1. Prep the Wings
Pat wings dry. Toss with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Place on a baking rack over a lined sheet pan.
2. Bake or Air Fry
• Bake: 400°F for 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway.
• Air Fry: 380°F for 22–25 minutes, shaking halfway.
Get them golden and crispy.
3. Make the Glaze
In a saucepan, combine honey, ketchup, hot sauce, brown sugar, soy sauce, vinegar, chili flakes, and garlic.
Simmer 5–7 minutes until thick, glossy, and sticky.
4. Coat the Wings
Toss the hot wings in the sauce until every piece shines.
For extra sticky magic, place wings back in the oven for 5 minutes after glazing.
5. Finish
Sprinkle with fresh parsley or sesame seeds.
Serve with extra sauce on the side.
❤️ Val’s Tip
These wings are even better the next day — if they last that long.
